REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Tender Number 2.7/1/12-13 "Movement and Control of Stock at the Dalby Saleyards for Period 1 October 2012 to 30 June 2015".
Tender Documents are available on Council’s Website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au via Tenders Net link.
Submissions may be E-Mailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au. with the contract reference and description in the subject line.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 2.7/1/12-13 Movement and Control of Stock at the Dalby Saleyards for Period 1 October 2012 to 30 June 2015".
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Wednesday, 26 September 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
