Submissions may be E-Mailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au. with the contract reference and
description in the subject line.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 2.7/2/12-13 Lease of Dalby Saleyards
Canteen.
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday, 12 October 2012.
Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section
177(7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council
reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest
or all submissions.
