REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites firms to submit design/construct tenders for the below project.
4.3/1/12-13 - "Design and Construction of Chinchilla Waste and Recycling Centre and Associated Facilities"
Tender Documents are available on Council’s Website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au, via Tenders Net Link.
All enquiries are to be directed to Mr Gerard Kavney phone: 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624) or email gerard.kavney@wdrc.qld.gov.au
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 4.3/1/12-13 Design and Construction of Chinchilla Waste and Recycling Centre and Associated Facilities”.
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Tuesday 11 December 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
