Reference 1.2/4/12-13 - "Design, Fund, Develop and Operate Caravan/Cabin Park, Wandoan"
Western Downs Regional Council are Trustee's of land described as Lots 2 and 3 on SP104634, Parish of Wandoan located in Henderson Road, Wandoan that is designated Reserve for "Local Government" purposes with a subpurpose of "Caravan Park". Council has a desire for investors, caravan/cabin park operators to develop proposals and present to Council various options for the lease and establshment of caravan park/cabin facilities after the expiration of which the facility can revert to Council ownership.

or delivered to Council’s Tender Box located on the ground floor, Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
All submissions must be clearly marked “Reference 1.2/4/12-13 - "Design , Fund, Develop and Operate Caravan/Cabin Park, Wandoan” to be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday, 14 December 2012. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite submitters to change their submission in accordance with the provision of Section 177 (7) of the Local Government (Finance, Plans and Reporting) Regulations 2010. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the most competitive or all submissions.
