Submissions may be E-Mailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au . The subject line of your E-Mail must clearly state “Reference 6.2/2/12-13 Construction of Drew Street, Dalby". Tenders must be received by the closing time of 3.00pm on 1st March 2013. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions
