All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr Peter Saxelby or Matthew Prain on 1300 COUNCIL (1300 268 624).
Submissions may be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au (preferred), or posted to Western Downs Regional Council; PO Box 551; DALBY QLD 4405. The subject line must clearly state “Reference 1.2/6/12-13 Tara Memorial Swimming Pool Complex Management Services".
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.00pm on Friday, 31 May 2013. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions
