Submissions may be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au (preferred), or posted to Western Downs Regional Council, PO Box 551, DALBY QLD 4405. Include the reference number in the subject line.
Tenders must be received by the following closing times as late submissions may be deemed invalid.

Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
