Submissions may be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au (preferred), or posted to Western Downs Regional Council, PO Box 551, DALBY QLD 4405. The subject line must clearly state the reference number in the subject line.
Tenders must be received by the closing time of 12pm on Friday 2 August 2013. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Intending contractors are required to attend a compulsory site visit on Tuesday 16 July 2013. Details are contained in the contract documents.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions
