Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the sale of Council owned land described as Lot 1 SP200461, having an area of 63.1ha, located at Kumbarilla Lane on the Dalby-Kogan Road.
Further details of the land for sale, and offer documents are available on Council's website at www.wdrc.qld.gov.au via the Tenders Net link.
Submissions may be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au (preferred), or posted to Western Downs Regional Council, PO Box 551, DALBY QLD 4405.
If submitting via email or post, your submission must be clearly marked �Tender Reference No: 2.4/1/13-14�. "Sale of Land, Kumbarilla Lane".
Applications close at 2.30pm on Thursday 8 August 2013.
Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Western Downs Regional Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part, and the right not to accept the highest or all submissions. Prospective purchasers are to undertake their own review of the development capacity of the subject land.
