REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Supply and Delivery of Major Plant
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the supply and delivery of the following plant and machinery:
Reference Number FM/14/13-14 Backhoe x 2
Reference Number FM/15/13-14 Excavator x 1
Reference Number FM/16/13-14 Grader x 2
Reference Number FM/17/13-14 Loader x 1
Reference Number FM/18/13-14 Truck x 5
Submissions may be:
- emailed (preferred) to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au
(email subject line must indicate the Tender number).
- or where email is not possible delivered to Council’s Tender Box located in the Foyer Area of the Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby.
If delivering or posting to Tender Box, submissions must be clearly marked “Supply and Delivery of Major Plant” with the reference numbers and relevant description of plant. Separate offers for existing plant items will be considered. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Monday 2 September 2013.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
