REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Contract Number 5.7/4/12-13A �Miles Sewerage Network Upgrade (Work Package 1)
Tunnelling underneath highways and railway�
This tender is being readvertised with a reduced scope of works and modified tolerances for the pressure main installations. Tenderers who previously tendered on contract number 5.7/4/12-13 are required to submit a new tender as previous submissions will not be considered.
All requests for information or advice regarding documents are to be directed to Mr Wade Whincop on (07) 5492 7000 or mobile 0421 314 602.

Or delivered to Council�s Tender box located on the ground floor Dalby Corporate Office, 30 Marble Street, Dalby. Tenders shall be enclosed in a sealed package marked with the Contract No: 5.7/4/12-13 and a general description of the Works. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Friday 29 November, 2013. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
