REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council invites tenders for the following project:
Reference Number 2.1/10/13-14 “Mercy Bridge Replacement Project Bunya Street Dalby"
All enquiries are to be directed to Mr David Pemberton via email on david.pemberton@wdrc.qld.gov.au.
Submissions are to be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au . The subject line of your email must clearly state “Reference 2.1/10/13-14 Mercy Bridge Replacement Project Bunya Street Dalby". Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2.30pm on Wednesday 23 April 2014. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept the lowest or all submissions.
