REQUEST FOR TENDERS
Western Downs Regional Council is seeking offers for the Management of the Miles & Tara Aged Care Facilities or alternatively the Purchase of Business & Lease of Miles & Tara Aged Care Facilities.

All requests for further information are to be directed to Council's Health Services Manager, Mr Doug Bougoure on (07) 4679 4405 or via email on doug.bougoure@wdrc.qld.gov.au.
Submissions are to be emailed to tenders@wdrc.qld.gov.au. The subject line of your email must clearly state the reference number. Tenders must be received by the closing time of 2pm Friday 30 January 2015. Submissions received after the closing time may be deemed invalid.
Council may invite tenderers to change their tenders in accordance with the provision of Section 228 (7) of the Local Government Regulations 2012. Council reserves the right to accept any submission in whole or part and the right not to accept any or all submissions.
