2025 Pasifika Summer – Food Stallholders
Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from Stallholders who would like to trade at our upcoming Pasifika Summer event held in November 2025.
Our event welcomes all stallholders relative to the cultural regions of Pacific Islands. We warmly encourage local businesses to apply.
Event Information
Event date: Friday 28th November, Saturday 29th November & Sunday 30th November 2025
Event time: 5pm – 10pm
Event location TBC, will be confirmed within due course.
Please ensure the below points are reviewed before completing the Stallholder EOI:
• Vendors must be available to trade for the full three-day event (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).
• Should you be accepted, you are committing to trading for all three days.
• Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused.
• Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered.
• Culturally relevant to the event theme.
