Expression of Interest – Lawn and Yard Maintenance Services Panel
Tablelands Community Support is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified contractors to join a 3-year open panel for the provision of lawn and yard maintenance services across our service areas.
This panel will support the delivery of high-quality outdoor maintenance services to our clients and facilities, ensuring safety, reliability, and value for money.
Mandatory Requirements
Contractors must demonstrate compliance with the following:
• Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20 million).
• Current Workers Compensation Insurance (unless sole trader – then provide copy of Personal Accident Insurance).
• Police Checks for all staff (dated within the last 3 years).
• Not listed on the Aged Care Quality Safety Commission Register of Banning Orders.
• Not listed on the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission Compliance and Enforcement Actions Register
Optional Criteria
Current NDIS Worker Check (mandatory for NDIS services).
