EOI 2024/27. Appin Park - New Amenities and Facility Upgrade
Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking a Principal Contractor through a selective tendering method.
This Expression of Interest (EOI) will create a shortlist of suitably qualified Contractors for the design and construction of a new Amenities building and a complete existing Facilities Upgrade at Appin Park, Appin.
It is the first stage of a two stage process. Our intention is to select the most suitably qualified and experienced Contractors (registered builder) who can provide all of the required criteria.
Local builders with the relevant experience, skills, personnel and financial capacity to complete the work are encouraged to express interest.
