2025-26-106 - Provision of Cleaning Services
Narrabri Shire Council requires regular ongoing cleaning services to be provided at multiple Council facility locations.
Contractors are invited to submit schedules for cleaning services across four distinct work areas as identified in this tender. Tenders may be submitted for one, multiple, or all the specified areas. The intent of this tender is to award contracts to one or more contractors, depending on the suitability and competitiveness of submissions received. Each tender should clearly specify the site(s) being quoted for by completing the relevant schedule of rates. Contractors are encouraged to review the site-specific requirements and tailor their submissions accordingly.
This is a Quality Assured Contract with method of payment being Schedule of Rates. The General Conditions of Contract shall be AS4921-2003 For the Provision of Asset Maintenance and Services (short version) inclusive of Part A, Annexure to the Australian Standard. It is expected that the tenderer will have their own copy of the General Conditions of Contract.
The contract is for a 12-month period from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026 with the potential for extension for a further 24-month period. Please refer to full tender documents for specifications.
