EOI 2025/99 - Lease of Vacant Council Land (Grazing)
Land address: 61 Abattoirs Road, Menah NSW 2850.
Council is offering a short-term licence for approximately 20 hectares of land, suitable for cattle and horses, with other animals considered upon application. The licence is for an initial 12-month term, renewable annually for up to three years, commencing from early November 2025.
A stock water connection is available; however, the licensee will be required to provide a water trough and will be responsible for all water usage fees. Please note, no dam is available on site.
