EOI - Open Streets Community Event Series Grant
Port Macquarie Hastings Council is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from local community groups, businesses, and organisations to deliver annual community events supported through the Open Streets Community Microgrants Program.
Through this program, Council will provide up to $10,000 per year for three years (total of $30,000 across 2025–2028) to successful applicant/s to deliver creative, inclusive, and vibrant activations that celebrate our community and bring life to public spaces.
Purpose of the Program
Community Event Series Grant is part of the NSW Government’s Open Streets Program 2025–2028, delivered locally by Port Macquarie Hastings Council. The initiative aims to:
• Encourage community-led activations that make streets more vibrant and welcoming.
• Support small-scale, innovative events that showcase local culture, talent, and identity.
• Strengthen partnerships between Council, community groups, and local businesses.
• Ensure sustainable and recurring activations over a three-year period.
