T25/001. Olds Park Premium Sporting and Community Facility Construction.
Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to co-ordinate and deliver the construction of a new innovative and inclusive sporting facility at the regionally significant Olds Park, Penshurst.
The works include, but are not limited to, demolition of the existing infrastructure, supply of temporary facilities for the duration of construction, earthworks and bulk removal of the existing embankment, construction of the new facility, and associated landscaping and ancillary works. The provision of profits and margins, all materials (unless otherwise specifically mentioned in this RFT), labour, freight, tools, plant, appliances and other necessary works, whether specifically mentioned or not.
