This RFQ relates to the supply only of LED sports field lighting equipment for Gipps Street Playing Fields, Tamworth. The lighting will be installed on five existing poles, which are structurally sound and currently fitted with outdated luminaires. Pole heights are 19m, and suppliers should refer to the site images for mounting context.
The playing surface is approximately 9,748 square metres, and the lighting system must be suitable for community-level sport and recreational use. All proposed equipment must comply with relevant Australian standards, including:

Compatibility with existing pole brackets and mounting hardware is essential. External drivers (where applicable) must be supplied with the fittings and housed appropriately. All equipment must be suitable for outdoor installation in regional NSW conditions, with appropriate IP, IK, and surge protection ratings.
Reference images of the poles, cross arms, and field layout are provided to assist with design and quoting. These should be used to inform mounting compatibility and simulation accuracy.
