PCC25/26-62 - Children's Services Bus Wraps
Penrith City Council Children’s Services seeks pricing and service details for the supply and installation of promotional signage wraps on three types of vehicles (13 buses in total). The wraps will feature a supplied four-colour design and must be applied professionally to ensure durability, visual impact, and brand consistency in accordance with new brand identity and logo.
The contractor will:
· have proven experience in bus wrap projects of a similar nature.
· the ability to meet tight deadlines and work across multiple locations.
· compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
· capacity to manage logistics
Additional Notes
· installation to be completed at a location agreed upon by both parties.
· vehicles will be made available for inspection prior to final quote submission if required.

Artwork
· Final artwork will be supplied by the client.
· Artwork will be tailored to fit each vehicle’s specifications and contours.
· Supplier is responsible for confirming final artwork dimensions and layout compatibility prior to production.
