T086-2025 - Request for Tender - Design and Construction of the Powerstation Museum Engine Shed Extension
Tamworth Regional Council is proposing to undertake an extension of the Powerstation Museum Engine Shed (the Project).
Council is seeking to enter the Contract T086/2025, with a private contractor for the design and construction of the Project. Council requires a Contractor who is suitability qualified and experienced in the design and construction of buildings and associated civil infrastructure.
This is a lump sum contract. The contract is an amended version of AS4902-2000.
