This Request for Tender (RFT) is for the construction of a new single storey car park located in Picton town centre under a design and construct model. The development will consist of finalising design, protection and adjustment of utilities, the construction of a concrete single storey car park, (roof top parking) upgrade of local pedestrian access, and landscaping and follows the Expression of Interest held earlier in 2025.
