T25/34 - Leumeah Precinct Concept Masterplan Development Advisory Services
Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified firm to provide Development Advisory services to prepare the Development Feasibility and Delivery Framework for Leumeah Precinct Concept Masterplan. This framework will require input from the Lead Design Consultant team separately engaged by Council. The Development Advisor is expected to coordinate and integrate the input into the Development Feasibility and Delivery Framework.
