OSI - 04/2025 - Tender - St Vincents Road new SUP Construction and Road Upgrade
Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified contractors with proven experience in civil infrastructure works to undertake the upgrade of St Vincents Road, between Gore Street and Bob Campbell Oval in Greenwich. These works are to be carried out in accordance with the project specifications, detailed design plans, relevant Council Standards, and applicable Australian Standards.
Scope of Works:
- Construction of a new shared user path (SUP)
- Road upgrades to accommodate the SUP and provide marked on-street parking
- Upgrades to stormwater infrastructure, including installation of new pipes and pits
- All associated minor civil works required for full project completion
Project Timeline:
Works are scheduled to commence in mid to late January 2026, with project completion targeted for mid-June 2026.
