RFT 2026/02 (RFT 2026_02) - Warragamba Waterboard Oval Upgrade - Stage 2 Playing Fields Construction
Council is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified, licensed and experienced Tenderers for the procurement of the proposed works and services within Warragamba Waterboard Oval located at 104 Production Avenue, Warragamba. This Tender is for stage two construction services as listed below.
Construction of Two Playing Fields and associated areas. The Stage 2 works will include the following:
• Demolition of the existing site.
• Bulk excavations and levelling.
• Provision of two new Playing Fields, including markings and Goal Posts.
• New perimeter Stormwater Drainage.
• New Drainage System to the playing fields.
• New Irrigation System.
• New lighting to the Playing Fields.
• Site retaining walls and perimeter fencing.
• Associated landscaping / external works.
This is an approved development under the State Environment Planning Policy, Infrastructure with a supporting Review of Environmental Factors (REF) process. The resulting contract will be a Lump Sum Contract.
