Expression of Interest – Land Available for Leasing
Orange City Council is seeking expressions of interest from the public for persons wishing to lease the bridle tracks which interconnect the subdivision in Clifton Grove.
Council would like to lease the bridle tracks to interested parties to assist in the control of vegetation growth and noxious weeds. It is essential that residents have continued access to the bridle tracks for horse riding and other forms of passive recreation throughout the term of any agreement.
The bridle tracks have been sectioned into different areas: Section 1 – 12 hectares, Section 2- 2.8 ha, Section 3 – 2.7 ha, Section 5 – 2.3 ha.
Sections 1, 2 and 3 have creek access although the supply is minimal and the applicant may be required to supply water. Section 5 does not have access to water.
Expressions are invited for a 12-month leasing permit.
