2026 Lanterns & Lights - Stallholders
Liverpool City Council is seeking expression of interest from Stallholders who would like to trade at our upcoming Lanterns and Lights event held in May 2026.
Our event welcomes all stallholders relative to the cultural regions of Asia. We warmly encourage local businesses to apply.

Please ensure the below points are reviewed before completing the Stallholder EOI:
Vendors must be available to trade for the full two-day event (Saturday & Sunday). Should you be accepted, you are committing to trading for all three days.
Vendors should have a focus on social media outreach and a unique offering that is experience focused.
Vendors must provide detailed information on their service and power requirements to ensure appropriate infrastructure and floorplan allocations are considered.
