Expression of Interest: Development of the Former Saleyards Site, Temora Airpark Estate
Temora Shire Council is seeking written Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified developers or development consortia for the development of the former Saleyards site at the Temora Airpark Estate, located at 34 Bartondale Road, Temora NSW.
The site forms part of Stage Five of the Temora Airpark Estate and represents one of the final undeveloped land parcels within the precinct. It offers a unique opportunity to deliver aviation-focused residential development, commercial aviation uses, or a hybrid model that supports the long-term growth of Temora Airport and the regional economy.
Council is seeking proposals that respond to market demand, support aviation-related activity, and deliver strong economic and community outcomes for the Shire. Proponents are encouraged to propose innovative and commercially viable development models, including opportunities to accommodate commercial aviation businesses, either through a defined precinct or land arrangements that support future investment attraction.
The site benefits from proximity to existing airport infrastructure and enabling works delivered as part of the broader Airpark Estate, including taxiway access and stormwater infrastructure.
Following the receipt of Expressions of Interest, submissions will be evaluated and a report presented to Council’s April 2026 meeting for consideration and determination of next steps.
Only parties submitting a written Expression of Interest will be eligible to participate in any subsequent process.
