PCC24/25-114 - Project Feasibility, Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Plan Management Services
The services shall include project feasibility, quantity surveying, cost estimating, cost plan and management services for Council projects.
The Project Management Framework has been established to promote an improved culture of project management through Penrith City Council. The framework comprises 6 specific phases as outlined below.
• Idea assessment
• Feasibility - investigate and plan
• Design - concept, for tender, for construction
• Build and implement
• Closure - certify
• Post-closure
The appointed Consultant/s will be engaged at various phases to develop the foundation for Council to design and deliver projects that are feasible, cost-effective and value for money. A project may require one or more Consultant/s from the range of expertise during one or more project phases, depending on the nature of project.
