2526T0006 - Lansdowne Street Upgrade
The Lansdowne Street Heavy Vehicle Route Pavement Rehabilitation Project will remediate and upgrade a 530m section of road where significant pavement failure has occurred. The structural improvements delivered by this project include Full Depth Asphalt Subgrade replacement where required New line marking Kerb & Gutter repair/replacement To prevent accidents and prevent water pooling causing a range of fatigue conditions The proposed project will reconstruct the road to the recommended road pavement standard to accommodation the movement of large high performance heavy vehicle (up to PBS 2 & 2A (GML−CML)) in line with the route's Restricted Access Vehicle (RAV) gazettal. The proposed project will address all safety and design concerns for B-double access (65T).
