161 New Winton Road, Westdale – Lot 6 in Deposited Plan 710048.
Both properties are zoned RU4 – Primary Production Small Lots. Both are approximately 40 hectares in size.
The properties are situated on New Winton Road, adjacent to the Tamworth Regional Airport and Hunter Land industrial development.
