T002-2026 (T002/2026) - Design Consultancy Services for the Sports Amenities Building, Hilder Reserve
Camden Council invites tenders for the Design consultancy services for the detailed design of the sports amenities building at Hilder reserve. A detailed description of the requirements can be found in Council’s Request for Tender document.
Hilder Reserve is located at Harrington Street, Elderslie. Camden Council adopted a Masterplan for Hilder Reserve in 2021, aiming to enhance its functionality and community value. Key elements include:
- Upgraded baseball fields with dugouts, warm-up areas, and ball stop fencing
- New sports amenities building with changerooms, clubroom, storage, and kiosk
- Improved accessibility via new pathways
- Tree planting and landscaping
- Deferred areas for future development, including additional play spaces and formalised street parking.
Council recently completed upgrade to the main playing field on the site in 2024. This design incorporated the future location of the amenities building on the site.
