2025-2026-0682 - Muswellbrook Aquatic Centre 50m Pool Plant Upgrade
This contract is a design and construction contract involving the following:
Update current plant room and balance tanks to enable new plant room internal pipework.
The external of the pump building will require a repair and façade upgrade and internal walls may need to altered to comply with the Building Code of Australia.
Structural engineering requirements for new openings, change to roofing and slab and pavement
Power supply upgrades to the plant room building
Design and construction of new filtration plant and equipment, including refurbishment of current concrete filter cells as well as joining of filter plant reticulation to the newly renovated 50m pool.
