EOI - Development Opportunities - Dungog Shire Council Land
Dungog Shire Council (DSC) is currently seeking Expressions of Interest relating to the development of several DSC owned land parcels within the Shire.
Council is seeking proposals that deliver genuine value to the community, and submissions that identify potential opportunities for ongoing revenue generation for Council will be highly desirable.
Proposals may include a range of opportunities (including residential and/or commercial, depending on the site), provided they are consistent with relevant zoning and planning requirements.
Available land parcels include:
(South of) Melbee Circuit, Dungog - approximately 18ha (R1, R5)
Crolls Mill Lane - approximately 4050m² (MU1)
41 Common Road, Dungog - approximately 8600m² (RU1)
138 Abelard St, Dungog - approximately 2.3ha (RU1, R1)
Interest in these sites should be registered or listed separately in any written response. Interested parties are not limited on the number of sites they seek to engage.
