2025-2026-0678 - Design and Implementation of SCADA and Telemetry Upgrades, Including IT/OT Network Separation
The project involves the design and implementation of upgrades to telemetry, SCADA, and associated OT infrastructure, including secure IT/OT network separation.
A single Design and Construct delivery model has been selected to provide end-to-end accountability and minimise interface risk.
Works must be delivered while maintaining continuity of live water and wastewater operations and minimising operational disruption.
Delivery may occur in staged phases over multiple financial years, subject to operational priorities and budget availability.
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate capability in managing risk, staging works, and maintaining redundancy during transition.
