Council is offering this item for sale to the highest bidder, subject to the conditions outlined below. Council reserves the right to accept or reject any offer at its absolute discretion. The successful purchaser will be required to sign an agreement which will include the terms and conditions of this sale.
Removal
The successful purchaser will be solely responsible for removing the trailer from the Warialda Depot within business hours (7:30am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday). The purchaser will be responsible for the costs of removal.
Indemnity
The purchaser agrees to fully indemnify Council from and against any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs or liabilities arising from or associated with the sale, removal, transport or use of the trailer.
Condition of sale
The trailer is sold “as is, where is”, with no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to its condition or condition of the included fittings, structural integrity or suitability for reuse.
Council will not be liable for any damage, loss, or defect identified before, during, or after removal or transportation.
Payment
Full payment of the purchase price must be made within 14 days of notification of the successful offer.
Failure to meet payment or removal deadlines may result in cancellation of the sale and Council retaining ownership of the trailer.
