2025-3058 - Security Services
There are five portions to the security services contract.
1. Security Patrols- Nightly Patrols for selected buildings.
2. Alarm Monitoring and Maintenance- For all buildings that have security alarm systems & fire panels.
3. Cash Collections- Includes Head Office, Resource Recovery and the Cavanbah Centre.
4. Static Guards for Events and Meetings- Required by request for some council meetings and unsecured buildings.
5. Locking of public amenities- There are only four public toilets and one public change room currently needing to be locked each night. Contracted cleaners open these buildings each morning.
