Tender Details
Darwin Civic Centre
DCOH, in proud partnership with the City of Darwin, is leading the transformation of the Darwin Civic Centre into a landmark mixed-use precinct at the heart of the city.
This visionary development will reshape the existing site into a vibrant, green, and inclusive destination-featuring a 21-storey building that integrates premium office space, a state-of-the-art community centre, flexible function spaces, a modern library with an expanded footprint, a food and beverage precinct, and four levels of above-ground car parking.
Positioned on the current car park site, the new Civic Centre will occupy a reduced building footprint, unlocking valuable public space and creating a welcoming, landscaped community plaza. Enhanced pedestrian links will connect seamlessly to Civic Park and Cavenagh Street, delivering a cooler, greener, and more activated public realm.
This is a flagship project for Darwin-a catalyst for civic renewal and an exciting opportunity for forward-thinking subcontractors to help shape the future of the city.
