Advanced Tender Notice - Cleaning of Buildings and Facilities
The City of Moreton Bay (Council) provide Prospective Tenderers with an Advance Tender Notice of its intent to invite Tenders for Cleaning of Council Buildings and Facilities.
Council anticipates the tender being released in the next 2-3 weeks.
To ensure regard to ethical behaviour and fair dealing, please refrain from approaching or discussing this opportunity directly with Councillors, Councillor nominees or Council employees.
Moreton Bay City Council has Council owned buildings and amenities across the region which require cleaning and sanitary conditioning to a high standard on a scheduled daily and periodic basis, and at other times as required.

· Depots
· Administration buildings (including portables)
Community, Information and Environmental Centres
Public Amenities and BBQ’s
To ensure compliance with all relevant Acts, Regulations, Codes and Australian Standards, Moreton Bay Regional Council is looking to establishing a contract arrangement with a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to carry out the cleaning of these buildings and facilities.
