CTIS017 - 25/26 - Denmans Camp Road Reconstruction - Boat Harbour Drive to Torquay Road
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for CTIS017 - 25/26 - Denmans Camp Road Reconstruction - Boat Harbour Drive to Torquay Road.
This project will be executed as a single contract comprising three distinct, separable portions:
• SP1 – Water Main Reconstruction: This portion involves the replacement of the existing watermain along Totness Street (between Torquay Road and Denmans Camp Road). Assistance from WBW will be provided to support delivery.
• SP2 – Links Corridor Raised Crossing: This portion has been separated out for funding purposes with this portion externally funded. SP2 provides for the construction of a raised concrete pedestrian crossing on Denmans Camp Rd at the Links Corridor crossing point with reconstructed asphalt surfaced approaches, stormwater extension, line marking, Modexx railing and reinstatement works.
• SP3 – Denmans Camp Road and Totness Street Reconstruction: This separable portion includes two sets of plans and BoQs covering the reconstruction of Denmans Camp Rd (between Boat Harbour Dr and Torquay Rd) and of Totness St (between Denmans Camp Rd and Torquay Rd). The scope provides for the full pavement reconstructions of Denmans Camp Rd and Totness St including full kerb and channel replacement on Totness St and the western side of Denmans Camp Rd with the kerb on the eastern side remaining in place. The scope also includes stormwater RCP and structure replacements, culvert extension, footpath construction, cold milling, asphalt surfacing, Modexx railing, signage, line marking and reinstatement works.
