ITT2445. Holiday Park Reservation System.
Sunshine Coast Council is seeking proposals to provide a Reservations System for Holiday Parks. The system will manage bookings, associated fees, messaging, and provide reporting and analytical features for Council’s six Holiday Parks and other council facilities. Council’s intention is to streamline operations and enhance customer experience while offering actionable insights into performance.
Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks currently operate six holiday parks across Queensland’s Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast Holiday Parks have 1377 caravan and camping sites and 32 cabins. The parks annually welcome over 127,000 visitors and operate between 60 to 80% occupancy.
The reservations system is to include, but is not limited to:
• Booking Management
• Messaging
• Reporting
• Marketing
• Yield management
• Channel management
This contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with 3 x 12-month extension periods. The extensions will be at Council’s discretion.
