Construction Activities
• Site Preparation: Clearing and preparation of site, including trenching for utility connections.
• Footing Construction: Formation, reinforcement, and pouring of slab or installation of piers to support new amenities structure.
• Service Upgrades: Upgrading or installing necessary services, including:
• Connection to water mains
• Installation of new underground power lines
• Connection to sewerage.
• Building Installation: Assembly and erection of new amenities structure on-site, including interior fit-out of toilets, showers, and accessible facilities, which includes:
• 5x Unisex toilets, and hand basins
• 1x Accessible unisex toilet, shower, and hand basin
• 4x Unisex showers with bench and change cubical.
• Hot water system
• Compliance Inspections: Inspection and sign-off of electrical, plumbing, and structural works as required by regulations.
Commissioning
• Final Testing and Certification: Testing of all building systems (e.g. water pressure, electrical load, drainage).
• Cleaning and Finishing: Final site clean-up, signage installation, and landscaping as applicable.
• Handover and Operational Readiness: Handover to Council with all warranties, manuals, and operational documentation.
