This Request for Tender (RFT) package invites Civil and Road Works Contractors to submit tender proposals for the defined scope of works.
This project involves the upgrade of an existing carpark and the installation of electric vehicle (EV) fast charging infrastructure in collaboration with NRMA.
To provide flexibility and accommodate varying contractor capacities, the carpark renewal scope has been divided into two separable portions.
This allows bidders to tender for either one or both portions, depending on their available resources, expertise, and scheduling constraints.
Based on the evaluation of the tender responses, Mount Isa City Council reserves the right to award the contract to either a single main contractor for both portions or to two separate contractors, each responsible for one portion.
