IRC-E&I-0624-T439 - Sealed Network Rehabilitation 2025
Isaac Regional Council (Council) is inviting submissions from suitably qualified Contractor to carry out restoration works on several state-controlled and local roads. These works are required due to significant road surface deterioration, which has resulted in safety concerns for road users.
The roads included in the scope of this contract include:
SEPERABLE PORTION A: TMR ROADS
- Dysart-Middlemount Road (519)
- Peak Downs Highway (33A)
- Sutter Developmental Road (82A
SEPERABLE PORTION B: LOCAL ROADS
- Saraji Road
- Peak Downs Mine Road
The Scope of Work is detailed in Part 4 and the Scope of Works provided and generally involves road pavement reconstruction by way of cement stabilised pavement repairs, excavation and replacement of pavement layers and bitumen seal restoration, inclusive of traffic control, environmental management and safety controls.
Works are to be carried out in accordance with the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) RMPC routine maintenance guidelines which provides routine maintenance related technical information and standardised repair methodologies on Queensland state-controlled road network.
Tenderers are required to refer to these guidelines and TMR’s technical standards during delivery of the Works to ensure the delivery of consistent maintenance standards across the state-controlled road network.
