Council is seeking Tenders to engage a suitably qualified and experienced organisation under a Products and Services Contract to provide Grounds Maintenance and Associated Services to Ipswich City Council including but not limited the following goods and services:
The services requested under this tender include, but are not limited to:
• Routine mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
• Weed and pest control, including fire ant suppression
• Tree trimming and minor landscaping
• Sports field renovations and turf services
• Maintenance of cemeteries, dams, VHBB sites, and road corridors
• Additional services such as litter removal, aquatic weed control, and traffic management
The Preferred Supplier Arrangement will encompass ten (10) Separable Portions (SPs), each representing a distinct geographic or functional service area, as outlined below.
• SP1 – Zone 1 – Spring Mountain, Springfield Lakes, Springfield Central
• SP2 – Zone 2 – Redbank Plains, Augustine Heights
• SP4 – Zone 4 – Gailes, Carol Park, Camira, Springfield
• SP5 – Zone 5 – Deebing Heights, Ripley, South Ripley, White Rock
• SP6 – Ipswich General Cemetery
• SP7 – Voluntary Home Buy Back (VHBB) sites
• SP8 – Referable Dams
• SP9 – Road Maintenance Performance Contract (RMPC) -DTMR
• SP10 – Sports Field Renovations
• SP11 – Additional / Miscellaneous Services
