26_038 - Concrete Removal and Beneficial Reuse
Southern Downs Regional Council (SDRC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for regular and safe removal of waste concrete from the Warwick and Stanthorpe Waste Facilities.
The successful contractor will be required to ensure that the collected material is processed and managed in a manner that maximises its value for beneficial reuse, as outlined in the documents.
It is anticipated that concrete will need to be removed fortnightly from the Warwick Waste Facility (2 bins) and monthly from the Stanthorpe Waste Facility (1 bin), or as otherwise negotiated with the successful contractor.

• Warwick Waste Facility: 190 Old Stanthorpe Road, Morgan Park, QLD 4370
• Stanthorpe Waste Facility: 94 Rifle Range Road, Stanthorpe, QLD 4380
Southern Downs Regional Council would like to receive an optional price on supply of concrete collection bins for the following transfer stations:
• Allora Waste Transfer Station, 14 Burges Road, ALLORA 4362 (Approx. 80 ton annually)
• Killarney Waste Transfer Station, 152 Killarney-Barlows Gate Road, KILLARNEY 4373 (Approx. 80 ton annually)
