RFT T01725 - Invitation for Tenders - PSA Cleaning of Council buildings and amenities
Cook Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers for the establishment of a preferred supplier arrangement (PSA) for the cleaning of Council buildings and amenities as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope. Tenderers will be required to clean.
Tenderers will be required to clean according to a shift and by roster and outside of work hours at the following buildings and amenities in Cooktown:
• Main Administration Building
• Council Depot Complex (including offices and workshop)
• Parks and Gardens Depot
• Waste Transfer Station
• Public Toilets
It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of three (3) years, subject to satisfactory performance and availability of funds, with an option to extend the contract for a further two (2) years, at Council’s discretion.
