Rockhampton Regional Council invites written offers from suitably qualified Suppliers, to supply, construct, maintain, and dismantle a 1,200 Individual bucket seating temporary grandstand for Platinum event spectators for the Burnouts Precinct for Rockynats.
2026 Dates:
7th April 2026 - Grandstand Build Commencement
13th April 2026 - Grandstand Build to be Completed
17th -19th April 2026 - Event
20 April 2026 - Dismantle to Commence
23rd April 2026 - Dismantle to be Completed
Rockynats is a three-day Car Festival, which is a combination of a car show, motorsport events, and live entertainment held in Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia. This event is designed to celebrate automotive culture, including custom cars, hot rods, drag racing, burnouts, and various other motorsports and entertainment activities. Rockynats has been officially renewed for a further five years, ensuring the event remains a staple on Australia’s motorsport calendar through to at least 2030.
Term of Agreement
The term of the Contract will be for two (2) years. The parties have the option to extend the agreement by one (1) further periods of twelve (12) months.
